Questions
Good to know before you come in
Do I need an appointment?
No. Tuesday to Saturday you can walk in and sign the sheet. Book if you want a particular barber at a particular time.
How does the line work?
You sign the sheet, take a seat and we call your name in order. Booked clients are seen at their time, and the line waits for them.
How long does a cut take?
A clipper cut is about 25 minutes and a scissor cut about 35. With the neck shave and the hot towel, plan on 50.
Can you cut my hair?
Waves, coils, curls, twists and straight hair. Tell your barber how you wear it and he will say what the cut can do.
How often should I come back?
Many regulars come every three to four weeks. A neck shave and a line-up keep a cut sharp in between.
Can I book a specific barber?
Yes. Each barber has a Book button on his card, or ask for him when you sign the sheet and wait for his chair.
What do I bring to a first visit?
A photo if you have one, or just say "the usual." Your barber will look at the hair and how it grows before the clippers come on.
What if I'm late or need to cancel?
Tell us at least 12 hours ahead if you can. We hold your chair for 10 minutes after your time.
Do you cut kids' hair?
Yes, ages 12 and under, with a booster board and a parent beside the chair. Say it is a first cut and we will take our time.
How does tipping work?
Tips go to the barber who cut your hair, in cash at the chair or on the card machine.
Still have a question?
Call the shop, or book a chair.
